Winter Walks On The Mountain

Montreal Urban Hikers Walking Club — Groupe de Marche

Winter Walks on the mountain.

We will start our winter walks on Mount Royal on Tuesday  January 3rd 2012 . We set off at 7 p.m. from the Beaver Lake Chalet parking lot.
Please bring your Yaktrax. We recommend that everyone wear traction grips on these walks, for your safety and our peace of mind.

Weekly Walks Modification

As of January 1st, 2012, weekly walks will now take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M to 8:30 P.M Please see our “Weekly Walks” page for more details.

2012 Event Walking Schedule

The “Event Walk Schedule” page has now been updated with the schedule for 2012

Weekly Walks

 

Year-round walks take place on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M to 8:30 P.M.

From January to the end of March we meet at the Beaver Lake Chalet on Mount Royal. Paid parking available.

From April 6th, to the end of June we meet in the parking lot at7th Avenue and LaSalle Blvd in LaSalle.

From July to end November we meet in René Lévesque Parkin Lachine. Go to the west end of St. Patrick St. and continue straight on Ch. du Canal to the entrance of the park. Paid parking available.
