Sorry for the delay in our reply. If you still need the .doc format please let us know. Alternatively you can always download the Office Compatibility pack which would allow your version of Office to automatically convert every .docx into a .doc document. It can be downloaded here..

Could you please have the walking schedule available in a regular doc. format rather than docx. It is too cumbersome to transfer as a docx.
